The Four Pillars Gin Distillery in Victoria's gorgeous Yarra Valley is an Australian institution.
Not only do they make amazing gin, they also make some pretty amazing marmalade. Each time they make a batch of gin they find themselves with around 3 kilograms of organically grown oranges that have essentially been steamed in gin: distilled with the nine other botanicals for seven hours in our still, Wilma. Thus, Breakfast Negroni was born!
Four Pillar's Breakfast Negroni is even more decadent than their straight marmalade, with an intensified richness. With the addition of a tiny bit of the aperitif Campari, it’s just a little more bitter-sweet – the perfect gift for the most adventurous foodies among us!
