Orders
Orders are to be completed and submitted through the forms online at the BoxBetty website.
BoxBetty reserves right to refuse any order. In the event that your order is refused for any reason, BoxBetty will notify you as soon as practicable and your order will be refunded in full.
Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The total amount payable to BoxBetty for any purchases made through the BoxBetty website is made up of:
i. the total sum of all products purchased; and
ii. the cost of shipping as determined at the point of sale (as selected by you).
All orders are to be paid for at the time of submitting the order. Please see the section above (Orders) in relation to BoxBetty’s right to refuse orders.
Not for Re-Sale
All products purchased through the BoxBetty website are for personal use only. They are not to be resold under any circumstances.
Merchandise Availability
Although we will try our best, we cannot always guarantee the availability of the merchandise listed on our website or that merchandise will always be in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time we are processing your order, we will notify as soon as practicable. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail once the merchandise you purchase has shipped.
Shipping and Shipping Charges
BoxBetty ships nationwide within Australia. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate BoxBetty for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

Refunds and Returns
Subject to the following clauses, all sales final and there are no returns or refunds if you have changed your mind or you have no use for the item/s.
If, however, you believe your item is faulty please contact us at hello@boxbetty.com.au for advice. We will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) items that are considered faulty, according to our obligation by law. Charges and Cancellations
Orders placed via the BoxBetty website are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact us at hello@boxbetty.com.au as soon as possible.

If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such term shall be severed and the remaining terms shall be unaffected (in this instance the parties shall use reasonable endeavours to negotiate a suitable substitute provision).
